Head on up to Marysvale, Utah, just 4 hours from Las Vegas, and escape the city heat! This 2 hour Whitewater Rafting trip on the Sevier River consists of Class II and III Rapids and is great for the whole family!.

You won't be sitting back watching your guide do all the work...you will be paddling right along with your guide and fellow rafters as you pilot your way down this great recreational river.

The Sevier River flows through scenic Marysvale valley, surrounded by mountain peaks rising up to 12,189 feet. It then enters Marysvale Canyon and begins a drop of 60 feet per mile. The steep canyon walls present a scenic backdrop with formations and sheer cliffs rising 500 feet above the rivers course.

What You Can Expect!

 Expect to get wet! 

After signing your Assumption and Release of Liability paperwork, you will proceed to the launching area where you guides will give you a Safety Orientation that tells you everthing you need to know about the trip.

The orientation will cover paddling techniques, placement in the raft, guide paddling instructions, what to do in an emergency, and will make you feel safe and secure about your adventure.

The first part of the trip is a leisurely paddle before you start to hit the Class II and III Rapids.

Along the way, your Professional Guides will share the history and folklore of the area.

 7 days per week Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekend.

9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm

Additional trips may be added as needed

• Water Shoes or closed toe shoes you don't mind getting wet.
• Flip flops are not recommended as they don't provide protection or traction.
• Bathing suit is fine for hot summer days,  but check with us prior to trip and we'll let you know the best attire for the trip.
• Sunglasses should be secured with a floating strap, and if it will hurt your finances to lose them, don't wear them. Inexpensive Sunglasses are for sale at Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort, where we begin our trips.
• Do not bring anything along that you don't mind losing, or don't mind getting wet: Cameras, Keys, Wallets and money are just a few examples of what you should NOT take on the raft.
